Safety Awards

Our annual awards banquet was held Thursday, April 16th 2026, at The Reserve in Longview, TX, to honor qualifying member companies from the manufacturing industries, industrial services, energy, oil field services, and construction.

Christopher James, Council President said, “The criteria to qualify for an award was stringent, and based upon the federal OSHA injury reporting requirements. These companies met the award requirements and we are excited to recognize their efforts in promoting safety training in the workplace. The companies receiving these awards understand that safety training is required by law and it is good business to provide a safe and healthful workplace for their employees.”

This years guest speaker was Bobbie O’Dell, who is a CEO, entrepreneur, and consultant who has spent 15 years building and leading companies in industries where women leaders are rare.

The event was planned by Classy Planners and catered by Taste This Catering, who both provided an excellent service.
